Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-7 business days. Limited Edition releases may require additional handling time, which will be communicated at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $9.95 AUD
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.95 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD (Australia Only)
International Shipping We ship worldwide to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Track your order anytime through the Shop app for real-time updates.
Delivery Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your luxury fragrances arrive safely. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, or provide delivery instructions at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions Due to shipping regulations for alcohol-based perfumes, some remote locations may have restrictions. We'll contact you if your delivery address is affected.
